Dr Victoria Nisenblat
MD, PhD, FRANZCOG, CREI
Dr Victoria Nisenblat is a CREI accredited Fertility Specialist, Obstetrician, Gynaecologist and Reproductive Surgeon. She obtained her medical degree and trained in Obstetrics and Gynaecology in Israel. She then moved to Australia with her family, where she undertook additional specialist training and became a Fellow of the Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists in 2014. Victoria was awarded her PhD in medicine in 2013 at the University of Adelaide, where she received the Dean’s commendation for thesis excellence. Her research focused on the diagnosis and management of endometriosis.
Victoria gained further experience working in large national and international fertility clinics in Israel, China, NSW and now in Adelaide. She is a certified sub-specialist in reproductive endocrinology and infertility (CREI).
Victoria joined Genea Fertility SA during her subspecialty training in 2015 and returned as Fertility Specialist in 2018. Victoria’s practice is diverse, and he sees patients with various problems, including recurrent miscarriage, male factor infertility, polycystic ovaries and premature ovarian failure. She has a particular interest in helping patients who consider egg or sperm donation and is a Director of Donor Services at Fertility SA. She consults in English, Hebrew, Russian and Ukrainian.
She also sees the patients presenting with fertility and gynaecology problems in her private rooms at 6 Mooringe Ave, North Plympton and performs surgery at St Andrew’s Private Hospital. Victoria holds the public appointment of Consultant O&G at Flinders Medical Centre, SLAHN.
